Eleni Loukaidou, First Vice President of the EPP Group in the European Committee of the Regions has presented our Group's priorities, working programme and achievements at the European People's Party Political Assembly taking place at the Committee of the Regions premises today.

Deputy Mayor of Nicosia has highlighted our successful seminar on EU investments at ‪the EPP Congress in Madrid‬ with Joseph Daul, Ramón Luis Valcárcel, Lambert van Nistelrooij, Cristina Cifuentes, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, Markku Markkula and President Michael Schneider.

Enhanced cooperation with the EPP Group in the European Parliament has also been presented.
VP Loukaidou also reported on the recent CoR ‪‎debate on migration and announced the European Summit of Regions and Cities in Bratislava as well as CoR priorities for 2016.
