The European Commission's Vice-president in charge of lnterinstitutional Relations and Foresight, Maras Sefcovic, sent a referral for an outlook opinion on the Council recommendation on developing social economy framework conditions, to be adopted in May 2023.
The proposed timetable for adoption is the following:
First discussion and adoption by SEDEC: 12 December 2022
Adoption in Plenary session: 8-9 February 2023
