This session will be addressed by Olgierd Geblewicz, EPP-CoR President and Mariya Gabriel, European Commissioner for Innovation, Research, Culture, Education and Youth. The second session 'Tackling the digital divide for Europe's recovery' will focus on the role of local and regional authorities to achieve a competitive and resilient Europe will include Eva Maydell, MEP as a speaker.
