This opinion is based on a referral letter from the Czech Presidency of the Council of the EU and will aim to set out how the future of the EaP should look like from the perspective of cities and regions. It should also fully take into account the new geopolitical realities: the ongoing Russian aggression in Ukraine with support from Belarus; the EU candidate status of Ukraine and Moldova, and the application by Georgia; the withdrawal of Belarus from the EaP.
