Aim of the event

This session brings together EPP-CoR members, members of the EU Local Councillors network and Young Elected Politicians (YEPs) to exchange concrete local solutions to the housing crisis, with a particular focus on young people, affordable supply, renovation and the reuse of existing buildings. It forms part of the broader EPP initiative to build an EPP Mayors and Local Leaders network on housing, reinforcing the EPP as “the party of mayors” and connecting grassroots ideas with European-level debates on the next EU housing agenda and the future MFF.
